New privacy screens and player turn markers!

At the suggestion of a playtester, I added a privacy screen and managed to make it extremely thematic. This led to upgrading the player turn markers into plant id stakes. I am super stoked as this is significantly better than the old scrabble tile holders, which are impossible to reveal keep private from players directly next to you. This also led to a convenient place to put the player aid. Win-win-win!!
